SKU: AUV05 Category:

AMSOIL 0W-50 100% Synthetic ATV/UTV Motor Oil

It’s actually an upgrade from 5W-50 and even our own AMSOIL  5W-50.

If you need a 0W-50 ATV oil number one trust AMSOIL for synthetics. You actually get a real 100% synthetic built by those who totally analyze the ATV in the lab using decades of relevant data, then devise an oil for not only that particular ATV/UTV but for the use it’s likely to see. Then it’s tested for everything that can go wrong! It must have at least 4X the protection required by the industry tests.  Ask Polaris who makes their oil. They won’t know just as it says on their bottle. And it’s “Fully” synthetic which can be just about anything.

The best High Performance Choice

If you look at the data sheet for this one you will see of all our ATV oils this one has the highest Viscosity Index and compared to the 5W-50, it has a slightly lower operating viscosity. This indicates the oil is even more indestructible while causing less torque loss within the drive train. If you are in track events or need that instant throttle response on tough terrain order the AUV05.

This one we get a lot of demand from both Polaris Scrambler and Sportsmen riders. So in this case our 0W-50 ATV oil is the choice for high performance use. Never use motorcycle oils! These are purpose built for the specific types of abuse these machines often see and how their engines are demanded of power. The needs of the clutch also determine our formulation. If you are doing more subtle or everyday (non-racing or crazy track use) our AFF 0w-40 or AUV50 5W-50 (our best seller) may be better and cost less.

Its outstanding severe-service formulation allows riders to confidently and safely push their machines to the limit, whether tackling demanding chores around their property or riding aggressively on tough terrain.
AMSOIL synthetic technology protects hot, high-revving engines against wear. AMSOIL Synthetic ATV/UTV Motor Oil is Warranty Secure™ and will not void your ATV or UTV warranty. It is a cost-effective, high performance alternative to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) fluids.

Premium, Purpose-Built Alternative

AMSOIL designs purpose-built lubricants that deliver cost effective, high-performance alternatives to OEM-branded fluids. Exactly what you expect when you buy premium ATV’s, why not experience a better running machine?

Service Life

Follow the original equipment manufacturer’s oil-change recommendation.

Compatibility

AMSOIL Synthetic ATV/UTV Motor Oil is compatible with other synthetic and conventional motor oils. Adding other oils, however, will shorten the life expectancy of AMSOIL motor
oils and reduce their performance benefits. AMSOIL does not support extended drain intervals where oils have been mixed. Aftermarket oil additives are not recommended.

Differentials

For final drive try our ATV specific differential GL5 oil.

Coolant

Our specific powersports antifreeze/coolant for the alloys used in ATV’s. OEM are having issues with the generic antifreeze so AMSOIL worked on the solution for long life.

Utv synthetic oil

By  JEFF,  a  Verified Buyer  on  November 11, 2024
I have used amsoil syn oil in my utv for the past 3 changes. It still amazes me how clean the oil looks at time of draining. The original OEM oil was black in half the time. I would recommend amsoil in any vehicle for increased performance.

Best Lubricant on the Market

By  Marine 1,  a  Verified Buyer  from  Virginia  on  June 05, 2024
I use AMSOIL Synthetic Lubricants in every machine I own. During the last 50 years (I’m 68 now) I have never experienced a wear issue with a Gear Box, Transmission, Transfer Case, or Internal Combustion Engine.

Best oil EVER

By  NICHOLAS,  a  Verified Buyer  from  Pennsylvania   on  July 30, 2023
Been working on anything motorized for 35 years. During the trials of oils throughout the years, I kick myself for not using Amsoil since last year. Absolute BEST oils ever made. Everything runs cooler and clutch’s are restored to like new conditions. I’ll never go with any other brand.

Good for Polaris Ranger 570

By  STEVEN,  a  Verified Buyer  from  Western NC  on  February 06, 2023
I started using this oil in my 2015 Polaris Ranger 570 and haven’t had any issues. I checked my valve lash at the required hours and it was still within specs and the area under the valve cover was spotless with no sign of sludge or varnish discoloration. I do change my oil at intervals less than the recommended 100 hours because I make a lot of short trips where the engine cannot fully warm, especially in winter and the engine also spends a lot of time idling. No oil can prevent oil contamination due to condensation or blow by so oil changes at 75 hours do the trick for me. Oil is cheaper than engines, said Smoky Unick, an old stock car driver, and he was right.
